Jeremy Ellis
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jeremy has been serving in ministry for over 17 years, driven by a deep passion to see lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Known for his authentic preaching style, compassionate leadership, and commitment to building strong, Christ-centered communities, Pastor Jeremy seeks to help people grow in faith, discover their God-given purpose, and live it out in everyday life.
After earning his Bachelor's in Pastoral Ministries with a Minor in Christian Counseling from Nazarene Bible College, Pastor Jeremy served in leading Bible studies as well as men's and youth ministry before being called to lead Christ Way Community Church in 2015. Under his leadership, the church has grown spiritually and Pastor Jeremy has strengthened community partnerships within the Fairfield Union school district by leading the launch of LifeWise Academy.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Jeremy is passionate about walking along side others through their journey, mentoring young leaders, fostering unity across denominations and serving the community. He believes the church should be a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and equipped to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
Pastor Jeremy and his wife, Christine, have been married for 22 years and are blessed with two children. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family, working on their house, hiking with their dogs, and they love opening their home to share life and faith with others.

Randy Montgomery
Worship Leader
Randy is a spiritual leader at CWCC and musician who guides our congregation in musical praise, helping us focus on God and encounter His presence. When Randy is not working his full-time as an accountant, he is enjoying his wife Tisha and son Oliver. He also enjoys the outdoors, his Green Bay Packers and attending concerts, but above all He loves to worship His Lord.
